Prana Flow Lunar Arts & Yin Yoga
Paris has been on the path of yoga for almost a decade, knowing that with a dedicated and committed practice we can humbly begin to make gradual, positive changes in our lives. Yoga is so much more than a physical practice as it is sometimes perceived in the west, ultimately yoga is an ancient sacred science, a way in which we can live and cultivate our lives to unveil and merge with the divine as we drop deeper into our embodiment.
Through the practice of yoga we explore the inner terrain of the mind and body, to anchor into stillness and become the container where the human meets the divine. It is a journey of unfolding into and experiencing the very nature of life alive within the fabric of our own bodies, helping us to remember our inherent connection and union with all of life.
Paris shares the practice of yoga as a space for somatic exploration, mindfulness and embodiment, transmitting teachings in a way to help students dive deep into the inner terrain and access a state of meditation. She shares a holistic practice which has roots in tantric philosophy, incorporating pranayama, mantra, meditation, self-study and asana. Favouring lunar arts (more restorative vinyasa flow) and yin yoga as an antidote for our fast paced modern lifestyles to soothe the nervous system, find life balance and truly listen to the body’s individual needs in each given moment.

Testimonials:
"Paris's Yin Yoga classes are a beautiful experience. By gently encouraging us into postures, and gently encouraging us to hold them for several minutes, our bodies have a chance to relax, soften and evolve. The studio space she has created at Broughton is exceptional. I particularly love Paris’s evocative, unusual playlists, the simplicity of the white cotton yoga mats, and the light streaming through the huge windows. As a teacher Paris is good-humoured, kind and patient. She also leads by example. It is clear that she is passionately committed to her work, to raise the vibration of the world, with every fibre of her being. This commitment and authenticity is very inspiring. Thank you Paris for such a joyful, loving, expansive, time at Broughton." - Georgia
"Paris’s classes offer so much more than yoga. She effortlessly creates sacred space through her healing presence and poise. Paris is skilful and knowledgeable in the yoga postures she elegantly demonstrates. She inspires confidence and sows the seeds of possibility for all levels of students where each and every body, regardless of size, shape & experience, is respected and encouraged. The journey is a refined inward discovery with infinite possibilities, supported by carefully chosen music to aid the process inward. I first came to Paris’s classes after 5 months of being on crutches after a severe foot and ankle injury. Despite my incapacity, I was able to fully participate which delighted me. I softened and deepened into all the supported postures Paris guided us into, making modifications as needed. It was a wonderful feeling of inclusion and discovery; the life force radiated into my injury and awakened deep healing in it. I can not recommend Paris’s classes highly enough. She is a powerful, gentle, instrument of grace who promises transformation of mind, body and spirit." - Lizzi
