Paris is a creative and visionary spirit dedicated to the path of spiritual and personal growth through a holistic, integrated and embodied approach. A commitment to self-realisation and inner evolution which recognises both the divine and human aspects of ourselves in order to bloom into our highest potential. By becoming aware of and transforming old patterns and past conditioning which no longer serves us we can release burdens of the past in order to live a life of greater freedom.
Paris holds non-dogmatic spaces to explore new fields of reality, sharing tools to awaken and release, to align with the deeper, infinite aspect of our being. Drawing upon an alchemy of sound, energy work, meditation, movement and spiritual ceremony... In community we can grow together to realise a new humanity is possible, one which based on self-responsibility and grows towards peace.

Paris' personal journey has involved a series of profound awakenings and deep commitment to her practices and own healing within the last decade. Discovering with a wonderful family of teachers and traditions across the world including trailblazing yogini Shiva Rea, sound master Yantara Jiro, Brazilian spiritual teachers Chandra and Surya Lacombe, the Modern Mystery School, Aura-Soma and many others.
It is a joy for Paris to be of service in sharing the beauty she has come to know in the endless cycles of remembering and reconnecting. Her work is grounded at Avalon Wellbeing, a transformational sanctuary co-founded with her partner Roger Tempest in the Yorkshire Dales at Broughton Hall Estate.
