Welcome!
My name is Paris and I am an artist of light, yoga facilitator, and guide on the path - dedicated to the journey of embodied awakening. I draw upon ancient and evolutionary practices to hold space for your heart alchemy. My journey has involved a series of profound awakenings and deep commitment to regular practice and self healing within the last thirteen years and beyond. I am committed to a path of self-realisation and inner evolution which involves an unravelling of our conditioned patterns, awakening to the intelligence of life within every cell of our bodies, of knowing ourselves intimately and blooming in our inner radiance. It is my belief that the more we befriend ourselves, embrace our humanness and descend into our bodies to awaken to our extraordinary divine nature, the more we can embody compassion, peace and joy, and share these qualities with a world so desperately in need. It is my heartfelt service to hold space to explore new fields of reality at Avalon Wellbeing Centre, a retreat centre and beacon of light in the heart of the UK co-founded with my partner Roger Tempest. Situated at his family's ancestral home Broughton Sanctuary. we provide a place for you to come home and explore your inner, and outer nature. Join me at Avalon for residential retreats, weekly classes and monthly workshops in yin yoga, somatic ecstatic dance, sound baths, women's circles, and alchemical ceremonies at pinnacle moments of the year. - 1000hr Yoga Teacher Trained
- 500hr with Samudra School of Prana Vinyasa (Shiva Rea)
- Soulful Wellness Guide, Samudra School of Prana Vinyasa (including Ayurveda)
- 300hr with Authentic Flow Tribe
- 100hr Yin Yoga with Sarah Lo Levels 1+2 (including Traditional Chinese Medicine and Mindfulness)
- Somatic Ecstatic Dance Teacher
- Embodied Mama Pre & Post Natal Training, Authentic Flow Tribe

Forever a student of life I have deep dived into the world of Vipassana, spent time on many retreats, trainings and at ashrams across the globe, sat with various teachers including Eckhart Tolle and Mooji, received darshan and initiations from numerous spiritual leaders including Amma "the hugging saint", Mother Meera and the Tibetan Buddhist lineage... through shamanism with over a decade of attending plant medicine ceremonies, and a deep dedication to psycho-spiritual therapeutic work.
Bowing in reverence and gratitude to my teachers and mentors, those who have paved the way before me... including my root yoga teacher, tantrika and conduit Shiva Rea, quantum healer Yantara Jiro who has taught me the exquisite art of sound healing from a zen perspective and deepened my understanding of channelling, and my shamanic Brazilian spiritual teachers Chandra and Surya Lacombe for their deeply inspirational life of service and humble spiritual devotion. For continued unravelling in love, realisation and expansion through psycho-spiritual support and mentorship with Zøsser Saerens, and to dear Cornelius O'Shaugnessey for his depth, clarity and humour in making profound ancient teachings accessible - as well as many other beloved friends and family including my daughter Aya and partner Roger.
