This month I'm sharing a beautiful playlist which includes medicine songs and healing sounds; lots inspired by the ancient wisdom stemming from South America. Delicate traditional folk songs to more recently created medicine music. Soothing songs for the spirit, reminding us we are all intricately connected to each other, creation and the elemental forces. This past month we have had two full moons, mercury in retrograde and solar flares - lots of challenge and fiery energy. These tracks are just what I need when I'm moving through life constantly aligning and reminding myself to remain in the heart. Enjoy!
